Getting started with AI: Practical insight for SMEs

AI is rapidly transforming industries, but for many SMEs the question remains: where to start? And for local authorities: how can we help SMEs effectively with AI?

During the Boost AI Event at JADS, SMEs, innovation organisations and policymakers will come together to explore how Artificial Intelligence can be applied safely, responsibly and practically. The event is part of the Boost AI Interreg North-West Europe project, which supports SMEs in rural regions in adopting AI technologies and building digital capabilities. Through expert insights, interactive sessions and networking opportunities, participants will gain a clearer understanding of the opportunities, risks and first steps of AI adoption.

Participants will learn about responsible AI, regulatory developments such as the EU AI Act, and discover practical pathways to start their own AI journey.

‘s-Hertogenbosch: the welcoming cultural city

JADS is located in the heart of ‘s-Hertogenbosch, colloquially known as Den Bosch, is a city with a human touch. Wherever you go and whoever you are, you are warmly welcomed. Because the people of Den Bosch take pride in their city and cherish its rich history. At the same time, they also keep up with the times. It’s no coincidence that the capital of Brabant positions itself as the ‘city of history, city of tomorrow.’ Because tomorrow doesn’t happen by itself. ‘Tomorrow’ demands something from people together.
