Data driven diagnosis: OddSpott
OddSpot is a decision model that is able to quite accurately diagnose two kinds of suspicious spots on the skin. Those spots could be potential precursors to skin cancer: actinic keratosis and basal cell carcinoma. The decision model is developed into a mobile application that everyone can use on a smartphone. The app evaluates, based on your input, the likelihood of small, suspicious spots on the skin.
