Only available for renting per hour. Discount of 50% applies to these rates when also renting a lecture room. Mariënburg campus companies will only be charged for communal spaces during approved weekend openings, JADS events will not be charged.

Please read our terms and conditions for events/room hire:

• JADS Education programs, JADS Events and JADS related events have priority. If a room is not booked for JADS related events, the room can be reserved at the applicable rate. VAT is not applicable on room rental prices but is applicable on all additional services.
• Listed prices do not include security personnel. When the booking/room hire is for a group of more than 40 participants a security guard is obligatory. Security arrangements will be made by JADS. Prices can be requested from the JADS Event Team (events@jads.nl).
• During regular opening hours, the listed room rates include IT support (9-17h), wifi, a beamer and screen(s), whiteboard or flip over.
• If you require coffee/tea and other catering requests – this can be arranged with our in-house caterer. Prices available on request from the JADS Event Team (events@jads.nl).
• For room hire beyond 18.30h (Mon-Fri) or in the weekends, permission will be needed. Costs to open the Mariënburg convent outside of her regular hours incur a supplement of € 195 per day (excl. Security, IT Services, room rates and VAT).
• The price of the Chapel does not include an upgraded audio system. Extra microphones, speakers and mixing console need to be arranged and rented separately and at your own cost. JADS IT department cannot offer any support for external, rented equipment.
• During student examination periods at JADS no events are permitted within the Mariënburg convent.
• ​Hire a room or lecture hall at the Marienburg campus, means you have to sign a user agreement of the Marienburg campus. The user agreement will be send separately with the quotation.
• Hire of Mariënburg does not include rights of use of any garden or park space unless written permission is acquired from the building management (COFFR).
• JADS is closed on the following days: New Year’s Day and week 1, Carnival Monday, Good Friday, Easter Monday, King’s Day and closing day (April 27 and 28), Liberation day (May 5) and Closing day (May 6), Ascension Day, Day After Ascension, Whit Monday, the week between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
• JADS Partners will be given a partner discount (on room rates and combination packages).
• Listed prices do not include JADS Event personnel and administration costs. Prices can be requested from the JADS Event Team (events@jads.nl).
